The board has decided that it shall manage matters in their entirety, which, according to the Code, otherwise would have been the responsibility of a separate remuneration committee. This means the board shall:
- make decisions on issues concerning remuneration principles, remuneration and other terms of employment,
- monitor and evaluate, both ongoing and during the year finalised, programs for variable remuneration, and
- monitor and evaluate the application of the guidelines for remuneration to executive management, which, according to law, the annual general meeting is required to adopt, as well as applicable remuneration structures and remuneration levels in the company
