Risks

Risks & risk management

Lime has an annual risk assessment routine. Risks are identified, categorised and assigned an appointed risk owner who is responsible for establishing and following up measures and controls. The risks are grouped into four areas. The full disclosure, with measures per risk, is set out in the directors' report of the annual report.

Risk area 01

Strategic risks

Risks linked to market developments, competition, technology shifts and acquisitions that may affect Lime's ability to reach its targets and deliver on its strategy.

Risk area 02

Operational risks

Risks in the day-to-day business – among them delivery, talent supply, processes, and IT and information security.

Risk area 03

Financial risks

Liquidity risk, currency risk, interest rate risk and customer credit risk. Managed mainly by the finance function in accordance with the Group's finance policy.

Risk area 04

Compliance risks

Risks that laws, regulations and internal guidelines are not complied with – for example GDPR, NIS2 and the rules for listed companies.

The complete risk and risk management disclosure is available in the Annual Report 2025 (the directors' report, pp. 38–45).
